Basically title, every time I restart it says this, taking hours to complete the restart. My SSD was almost completely filled up, which I think must be related to this. I cleared out my SSD so that there is 90gb, and it’s still taking forever.

I ran a troubleshooter for Windows Updates and it said updates required restart. I looked into my updates and there were a bunch that, for whatever reason, weren’t downloading. I tried downloading some manually and nothing worked, STILL. It just said the updates weren’t installed.

I reset my computer not too long ago because a Windows update screwed up my computer, so maybe this is related to that? Thanks for any help in advance.
