So I'm trying to recover some files off of an old harddrive because I have bitcoin and altcoin wallets from a while ago. I used EaseUS recovery tool and It shows all of the wallets and folders of the coins, but I run into problems when I actually recover the files.
When I recover the files and try to run the wallet executable files for example "BitSharesX.exe" it pops up saying "this app cannot run on your PC" " To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher".
And then when I try to run the .exe file with PE Explorer it says "Error: This is NOT EXE or DLL File! Process cancelled."
All of these files are 32-bit and I'm using a 64-bit system. The files are all from a lost partition. Did these files get corrupted from being from a lost partition or do I need a new recover tool? Is there any way to get these files to work or properly recover them? If anyone can help me figure this out I will give you some of whatever money I get from whatever cryptocurrency I have on there.
