Description of problem
After getting a new GPU (295x2), I realized that I needed a new power supply which I purchased. I began playing video games on their highest settings which ended up bottle necking my CPU. I then started overclocking my CPU from 3.4 to 4.0 to help my frames in game. While doing this, I noticed my CPU temps began increasing and my then current CPU cooler (Zalman 9700) wasn't cutting it. I upgraded my CPU cooler to the Corsair H105 Extreme (May 2017) and eventually overclocked my CPU to 4.5. I remember having to tinker a bit with voltage but eventually got prime95 running for 12-24 hours or so with no BSOD.
Fast forward to August. Sometime around August, my computer started randomly shutting off. No blue screen of death, no errors, just shuts off. Then it would restart itself roughly five seconds later. Apparently my sister-in-law knocked over my tower on accident (was on the floor so it couldn't have fallen that far) but everything seems okay when I looked inside.
I have been keeping logs from hwinfo64 and labeling which ones have recorded with computer restart. I can upload these when I get home.

Not currently. 95% only happens while playing video games. Perhaps memory issue?
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
I recently swapped out the memory stick positions on the motherboard. Rebooted the computer and then it said there was an error and overclocking failed. It suggested that I revert Bios settings. I entered Bios, and exited without making any changes. It booted right up and it seems to have been fine starting since. I don't believe it has restarted since but I honestly don't remember.
I reverted my overclock back to 4.3, and then 4.0 but the restarts would still occur eventually. I never reverted back to factory though. I have checked windows diagnostic for memory and it found zero errors. I have also run memtest and it hasn't found errors either.
