I recently bought new computer supplies for upgrades; I have a Ryzen 1600X, an AsRock Fatal1ty K4 motherboard, and 16GB of DDR4 RAM. Something strange happens every time I boot the computer. The fans kick on, I can hear the hard drive kick on, my graphics card fans kick, but nothing happens. Screen stays black. After about 10 seconds the fans slow down for about a second and stop entirely on the graphics card. And then it repeats. Everything kicks on but screen stays black. This continues indefinitely unless I repeatedly spam the power button, then which after 20 seconds the BIOS will finally boot. After the computer turns on I have no issues at all, it runs fine. Here are my specs.
