Hi everybody!
My partners CAT S60 phone is looping through the start up screen, when it turns on it shows the CAT S60 logo and has a yellow loading bar, it loads and then just stays on this screen, every now and then it will move from this to the phone security login, we add the number then it goes through the CAT S60 loading screen all over again.
We can't turn the phone off, we can't reset it with the button on the back, i've tried pressing the formation of buttons to reset the phone that I saw on the hardreset.info website and nothing is working.
It's been like this for 2 days now and my partner is really upset as there are some photos on there of her nan from the other week when she took her to the beach and last night her nan passed away, so i would really like to get this phone working and the data off of it.
There isn't an sd card in it, it's using the inbuilt memory, it's not doing anything when I plug it in to a laptop, I can't read anything off of it and we can't take the battery out because it's sealed.
Any thoughts?
