Installed a new fan last night, worked fine. PC froze after a bit. After it unfroze I tried restarting it. Got stuck on "Restarting" screen. Manually powered off with the power button, when I turned it back on it was stuck on the windows spinning dots. Left it there for a while before booting into advanced boot and doing every troubleshooting option there is. I even did dskchk through cmd but that gave me an error. I decided to try to reinstall Windows.
I plugged in my usb disk drive and put my Windows 10 disk in it. After booting to UEFI disk drive and reformatting my SSD multiple times, my installation says "getting files ready for installation (0%)." After it sat there for 2 hours I restarted my PC and tried again. It got stuck at the same spot again and I left it there for 12 hours overnight.
Woke up this morning and it was still at 0%. I have no idea what else to try.
