TL;DR Need to know how to build a flowchart for customers complain troubleshooting from past history of emails that solved these issues.
I work in a nascent startup where we just started selling our product. We are starting to get a few customer concerns and complains, so I figured it would be better to have a systematic way of organizing things. Being a hardware engineer I don't know how such a system should look like. I don't mind building it, just would like to know how the structure must be, so that the future complains are never left out and are catered to satisfaction.
We would like the support team to take care of the whole process and only forward issues that don't have a predefined solution or road map for troubleshooting. And so I have a flowchart in my mind for troubleshooting. Is this good? I
currently have a ton of email for reference on how last issues were solved. And I can fetch all the emails and download them into a spreadsheet. But now I need to automate a way to link these emails to form a flowchart for troubleshooting. How can I do this? Should I go for fancy NLPs?
