Description of problem
I've been experiencing a CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED error over and over again. I've tried a few things to fix it, and it seemed to be fine, until I tried to reinstall iTunes. Immediately the problem began again.
When this issue began
Last week, though I cannot recall the circumstance.
Recurring issue
Yes
Date of purchase
N/A
Under Warranty
No
Cause/Steps to recreate the issue
Installing iTunes again seemed to be the only thing that triggered it.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
So far I've...1) Used sfc.exe/scannow to look for problems (none found).2) Used Dell SupportAssist to update drivers and the BIOS.3) When that didn't work, I reset the system. When I reinstalled iTunes yesterday, the crashes began again, so I uninstalled iTunes and all of it's components. The crashes, so far, continue.
