Philip "Mitch" Brailsford walks after a jury acquitted him of murder. The jury believe despite all that, Shaver was a threat.
Brailsford was a three year and was reckless. He even had boasted about his kill. On his personal weapon, an AR15, he had a decal with the words, "You're Fucked" to remind people, he is a hair trigger.

Dirty cop Mitch Brailsford walked after he murdered an unarmed man.
Brailsford is going to cost the city a hefty sum of money if the wife, Lynne Sweet sues them for their officer's actions. She will sue the dirty cop in civil court.
The dirty cop was fired out the cannon a few weeks after this. He was indicted last year and the trial was delayed until recently.
The judge didn't want the evidence on his body camera released. Brailsford said that it would make his case unfair.
This is an example of why it's important to get police reform. The conservatives are often on the side of bad cops. They have no care for the lives of unarmed citizens.
