Detroit man was killed by ignorant teens throwing stuff off a highway overpass.
A Detroit man was killed by a sandbag being tossed off an overpass in Toledo, Ohio. Four teens are being charged with murder.

The teens were tossing stuff onto Interstate 75, one of the country's most heaviest traveled highway. The incident puts awareness to infrastructure. The teens managed to get an object tossed over the freeway even though it had barrier fences.

This happened on December 19th. Marquise Byrd, a 22 year old father was riding in a car driven by a woman. As they were leaving downtown Toledo, a huge object hit the windshield of her car.

The object broke the windshield and landed directly on Byrd's face. It damaged his face and neck.

They placed him on life support and hoped his injuries would improve.
One of the teens is being consoled by an attorney.
Well this week, he passed away. He died of blunt force trauma.

Now four teens may end up spending the rest of their lives in the iron college.

The teens were aged from 13 to 15, were held without bond in Lucas County juvie hall. They are spotted earlier tossing other objects off the highway.

The individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

If charged as adults, they could get LIFE in the iron college.
