Un altro capo d'accusa contro Giuseppe Sala per l'Expo di Milano. Non solo falso materiale e ideologico, il sindaco di Milano dovrà difendersi anche dall'accusa di abuso d'ufficio per le presunte irregolarità che avrebbero caratterizzato il maxi appalto della cosiddetta "piastra dei servizi".
Lo hanno stabilito i magistrati della Procura generale di Milano che, dopo una serie di approfondimenti investigativi, hanno deciso di contestare questa ipotesi di reato a Sala in concorso con l'ex manager Expo Angelo Paris in relazione alla fornitura del "verde" di Expo. L'avviso di chiusura indagini è stato notificato oggi.
La difesa di Sala ribadisce l'intenzione del sindaco di chiede il giudizio immediato, notificato con decreto proprio oggi, per "porre fine a questo ormai pluriennale tentativo della Procura generale di individuare delle ipotesi di reato nell'attività che lo stesso ha svolto come ad di Expo, portando a termine un compito che a molti pareva destinato all'insuccesso".
