Paolo Gentiloni ha deciso di schierarsi dalla parte di
Maria Elena Boschi. Da Bruxelles, rispondendo alle domande di alcuni cronisti, si è augurato che “che le prossime settimane non siano dominate da
bisticci sulle banche” e, a chi continua a chiedere le dimissioni della ministra, ha precisato che “Boschi correrà per il Partito Democratico e
spero abbia successo“.
Da giovedì, dopo le dichiarazioni del presidente di Consob Giuseppe Vegas davanti alla commissione bicamerale d’inchiesta sulle banche, la sottosegretaria è tornata al centro delle critiche dell’opposizione. Il primo ad attaccarla era stato il deputato M5s Carlo Sibilia: “Boschi si è occupata di Banca Etruria”, aveva scritto sui social network. E da quel momento è stato un moltiplicarsi di tweet e post su Facebook per chiederne le dimissioni.
Il Movimento 5 Stelle è tornato all’attacco oggi, in particolare con il senatore Alberto Airola. “Lei dice di non essersi mai intromessa – ha detto il grillino – ma la verità è che ha parlato più di una volta con Vegas, facendogli presente le sue preoccupazione di un’eventuale fusione tra Banca Etruria e Banca Popolare di Vicenza”.
