I am running an i3 6100 and planning an upgrade to i5 7600, i know coffee lake is already here with 2 extra cores! however i'm quite on a budget and the new motherboards are quite expensive.
While newer boards might be available in the near future and Ryzen getting a refresh soon, i still need an immediate upgrade (Getting a 144hz monitor - i mostly play dota2 & CS:GO - cpu intensive games with a GTX 960 and the i3 6100 with its 2 cores gives me an average of 100 fps @ 1080p maxed out in dota2)
I have a MSI H110M PRO-VH motherboard.
Can i use a kaby lake chip with the motherboard ?
