Description of problem
I've Been having an issue recently where every time i boot up i get a DTS audio error saying 'DTS audio is unavailable for the specified device'. i had a google and it seemed to be a driver issue as a result of a Windows update, the steer was to look in Device Manager and see if the RealTec audio had the yellow icon. When i looked no issues or yellow icons with the sound, video and gaming controllers, but i did notice under the 'Other Devices' folder there is something called 'Unknown Device' which i suspect is causing the issue. When i opened it it says 'the drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28), There are no compatible drivers for the device and to click 'update drivers' to find a driver. I'm wary to click find a driver as under manufacturer and location it says 'Unknown'. so i google again and it says to open in DM, go to the details tab and select Hardware IDs form the drop down. Did it and the value is 'root\ScpVBus'. what is this and should i be updating it?
