Description of problem
I'm having NAT issues with the USG. I have used one before and I managed to make it work, but for some reason, this one will not allow my Xbox consoles to have an open NAT. On the Xbox console, the test Network connection works fine. The test multiplayer connection says there may be matchmaking issues due to my NAT being moderate, however when I test the NAT connection it says that it's open. I'm 99% sure that it's moderate/strict due to the fact that I can not join parties and being randomly disconnected from multiple game servers (e.g. CoD and Destiny 2). It also says uPnP has failed. Here's my setup:Spectrum modem is connected to USG via ethernet. USG goes out to a switch via ethernet. switch connects all bedrooms of the house with hardlined ethenet. All Xbox consoles are wired. Not wireless. In the USG I have assigned a fixed IP address to all Xbox consoles. I have opened up the ports that Xbox Live recommends for Live to work and assigned those ports to the Console IP Addresses. I have read a few articles about turning uPnP on in the USG and there's a lot of suggestions to make a json file???? I have no idea what that is or how to make one. Please understand that I am a novice user. I know just enough about networking to get me into trouble with a router.

I haven't tried to recreate the issue. I'm trying to make the issue go away.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
Turning off the modem and USG. Unplugging them from power and turning them back on. Going over the settings multiple times looking for some type of setting that I missed.
