Hi, I'm having the issue as mentioned in the title. It's not lost of power as the LED indicator is still white indicating the monitor is still on. No error messages either, sounds of the running game/video still plays, pretty sure mouse movement still working.
I'm pretty sure that it's not the monitor's problem as I've tried in an older system and it works perfectly there. I've also checked the event viewer but it seems that there's nothing weird when the screen flashes black and on again.
I've tried:

alternating ports on graphics card and monitor (between HDMI 1 and 2 only as my monitor supports HDMI and VGA, my graphics card dont have vga port)

update nvidia driver to latest version
-
check event viewer for error message, nothing there
-
use DDU to remove everything and install nvdia driver again ( with no luck)
-
perform clean install on windows, reseat the graphics card and install latest nvidia driver. (intermittent black screen do not happen for a day, happened again at the following day.)

Graphics card: ASUS DUAL GTX1060 O6G
Monitor: DELL SE2417HG (1920x1080 res)
MOBO: GA-H270M-D3H
Power supply: Cooler Master Elite V2 550
