/r/TechSupport is calling for projects that can benefit our users, our contributors, and the community as a whole.
As a community, we have an exceptional amount of resources and skills that can be utilized to do wonderful things. Insane amounts of server time and processing power, coding skills, (otherwise) prohibitively-expensive software and services...
We get a lot of people coming to us with amazing ideas, and others offering services or help, but there hasn't been any easy way to combine these in a way that actually results in something useful, so very few actually happen.
A few examples of ideas we've actually been able to implement:
*The wiki/knowledgebase
*The live chat
*The guided support submission page
*The revamped flair system.
Examples of projects in progress:
*HWinfo64 log submission page (detects and organizes all important information to display visually in a webpage and outputs a URL for sharing with others)
*A statistics bot for /r/techsupport that gives weekly data on posts, comments, contributors and users.
What we'd like right now:

Suggestions on a system that can be utilized to submit ideas and if there's enough interest, organize and support them.

Suggestions on projects you'd like to see happen.

Volunteers willing to devote time and effort toward managing the system and/or the projects it contains.
