Today my mother asked me to see if I can get her printer working. It's an HP Officejet 4560. She got it last Christmas and used it up until last June. It's gotten dusty and hair was inside the printer. I cleaned the hair out with tweezers and used canned air to clean off the majority of the dust. I just used an old rag for the outside portion. I checked the cartridges and they were both next to full. I put in some normal paper and selected to print her Xmas list. Well it technically did print it but many of the items on the list were deleted and the items that made it on were only showing the lower 60% of the letters. I've alligned the printer and cleaned the cartridges. It won't print out the entire Quality or Status report. And without using any color seems to have run out of colored ink. Any ideas of what's going on?
