E nelle ultime settimane ha fatto compiere un salto di qualità all’inchiesta della Procura: gli indagati sono aumentati fino a sfiorare la ventina; ed è cambiata la gravità delle accuse loro contestate.
L’aggravante
La prima fase dell’inchiesta, coordinata dal pm Antonio Rinaudo, dall’aggiunto Vincenzo Pacileo e dal procuratore capo Armando Spataro, è entrata nella fase conclusiva proprio con questo scatto qualitativo: ai reati già contestati, lesioni e omicidio colposo, si aggiungerebbe anche l’aggravante di avere agito in concorso tra più persone.
