PC shuts off by itself, then keeps trying to boot up by itself-News of the United States was founded in 1933 by David Lawrence (1888-1973), which also started the World Report in 1946. The two magazines are covering national and international news separately, but Lawrence combines them into news reports of U.S. in World and 1948 [1] and Later sold the magazine to its employees. Historically, this magazine tends to be a bit more conservative than the two main competitors, Time and Newsweek, and focus more on the story of economic, health, and education. It's also distancing news, entertainment and sports celebrities. [2] an important milestone in the history of the beginning of the magazine is including the introduction of the "Washington Whispers" column in 1934 and the column "News You Can Use" in 1952. So recently I've been having some weird issue with my PC, where it will start making this electric clicking sound(?) repeatedly with increasing frequency. At the beginning there's like 5 seconds between each click, and within a minute or two, it's probably clicking once every second or so, before it suddenly shuts off and keeps trying to boot up again.
At first I thought the clicking was a hard drive starting to fail, but it appears the sound is coming from either the motherboard or the PSU. I am not entirely sure. The motherboard sometimes flashes a red LED up by the RAM slot (seen in the first clip) when it fails to boot, which I'm not sure what means.
Looking at the clips linked below, you can see the PC trying to boot by itself, seconds after it shut off. The second clip is started right after the previous one ended, where it mysteriously starts working again. Sometimes it'll take >10 minutes for it to boot again, whereas other times it'll take 2 minutes like in this instance. Usually happens once a day or once ever two days.
I previously had an overclock of 4.4 GHz on my CPU (for about 4 years), but the first and second time my pc crashed, it told me that my overclock failed when it booted up properly, so I decided just revert back to stock, which didn't seem to fix anything.
Specs: i5 3570K, ASUS Sabertooth Z77, 8GB G.Skill RipjawsX 1866MHz, GTX 970, Corsair HX 650W.

Not sure the first clip shows anything the second one doesn't, but I thought I'd just include it anyway. The clips are a bit quiet, so you might want to turn up your volume to hear the noises.
It really sucks not being able to identify the problem, so I can fix it without upgrading my entire system. I'd appreciate any help on the matter.
