Got a ThinkCentre M82 connected to my Samsung 40in LED TV thru a cable (generic) similar but not exactly like this connected to the PC's DisplayPort going to HDMI on the TV, which worked both thru direct and thru a switch. All of a sudden early last month, the connection stopped working. VGA still works. No new fixes have been applied on the PC (Windows 10 Pro). Also bought and tried a new cable, but the connection still won't work. What can usually cause this?
