Hey,
lately I'm having problem with my graphics card, as when I'm trying to boot my PC, there's no video input at all. I've been using this PC for about 3 months now, and the issue comes back sporadically. Weirldy enough, it fixes itself after restarting the PC after several tries. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes of restarting the PC, sometimes it even takes 1 hour. When I switch to my integrated graphics, most of the times I got the video input, however, lately it seems that the issue affected this graphics as well.
Things I've tried so far:

Removing CMOS
-
Removing and then installing my graphics card, to make sure it's attached properly.

Removing RAM
-
Checking if every cable is properly attached
-
Checking other cables, and other monitor - the issues persists.
Basically, I've noticed that the issue fixes itself when after several restarts I get a screen like this.
