The president's fumbling during a national address defied all explanation.
NBC Late Show host Stephen Colbert had a bit of fun with reenacting President Donald Trump's painful water bottle moment during a national address about his trip to Asia.
Colbert showed the audience a clip of Trump first unable to locate water then, after finally locating water, awkwardly unscrewing the bottle cap on national television.
“Wow, that is hard to watch. You know, after watching that, I need a drink,” Colbert said. Then, he proceeded to reenact the president's fumbling, complete with awkward cap-twisting.
“All right, that’s not fair. Everybody gets dry mouth, I can’t stand here on national television and make fun of a politician for drinking water," Colber joked before running tape of Trump mocking Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) for his water mishap.
