I'm using WiFi hotspot from my phone and sharing Internet to my PC, I'm using one of those Wireless USB devices, exactly this one:

I got it 6 months ago and it has been working perfectly before, but recently my Internet goes down for some reason, but its still connected to my WiFi hotspot and it does not fix by itself. Funny thing is, that I DON'T have to "restart" my WiFi hotspot from my phone; I just have to disconnect and reconnect again from my PC and my Internet is working again.
Same thing happens when I play videogames (like H1Z1): my Ping goes up to 1000-3000 and it does not fix itself, I have to go to my desktop and do the same as above; disconnect and reconnect then I go back to game and my Internet is working again and I have normal Ping, ~60ms.
What would cause the problem? Does those Wireless USB devices have short life span? Is my drivers wonked? Is it my phone's fault?
