My dad’s been telling me that his PC is acting weird. I am unfortunately not nearby, so I can’t go and have a look myself.
First it started having green lines all over the screen, so I thought graphics card has been fried. He updated drivers and said it was ok for a bit (probably just a coincidence). After that, during boot it started reporting OS is not found, but after selecting the hard drive to boot from, that’s fixed (in BIOS that hard drive is chosen as option 1). And now it’s completely freaking out with a wall of text during the boot.

My bet would be on motherboard dying, what do you guys think? What should I do remotely to test my assumptions?
