Hi.
Last night I was using my PC normally, and returning from the bathroom, I saw the monitor starting to flicker. After a few seconds, it went black.
Restart the computer, it showed image for a few seconds (still flickering), but then black again. Turning the monitor on and off made image appear again, but it would still go black after a few seconds.
I was using a DVI cable. Tried by VGA instead, same happened. It seems to flicker less, but it may be coincidence and it went black anyway.

The solution seems to be to buy a new one and replace it. But first, I'm not sure if I'd be able to do it myself, but even if so, I can't seem to find one on ebay for my monitor, Viewsonic VX2268WM.
Not sure what to do. Do I have no option besides getting a new one? Thanks.
