Description of problem
When I turn on my PC it starts as normal until it gets past the screen with the windows 7 logo but before it automatically logs me onto my user is come up with an errir message on a black screen saying 'interactive logon process initialisation has failed please consult the event log for more details' . Every time i switch it on this happebs and I have tried a couple things to fix it already. Starting in safe mode doesn't do anything and I've tried to run a system repair by pressing f8 on boot up but it couldn't detect any problems. I've been told that if i can log in as administrator i can download a hotfix for the problem but i havnt found a way to do that, if there was a way to run the fix from a usb or something that would be great. It happened before about a week before but it only happened once and wheb i restarted my PC it worked but this time as many times a s I restart it it always comes up with the error.

When I boot up the computer. Cause of the problem is most likely the automatic logon.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
Starting in safe mode. Turning it off and on again. System repair. Found a hotfix from windows but have no way to install the patch because I cant get to the desktop.
