So I am currently using windows 10 along with Razer Hammerhead headphones and I was wondering if there is a way to change the max volume on windows 10.
Windows by default has the little sound icon on the tray which you can set each app and the overall volume from 0-100, but in my case, the loudest I can accept it is at 3 out of 100, any more than that would be too loud most of the time.
What I want is to maybe change the volume slider from instead of the default 0-100, make it 0-5 on the default scale, but have it be scaled up, so that what originally was 5, would be 100 on the scale so that I dont have to choose from only a few levels, but also fine tune the volume.
e.g. by default i can use 1,2,3,4,5 But what I want is to make it 0-100 but on the 0-5 scale so the new 20 would be 1 and the new 40 would be 2 etc. So that I can for example use a volume setting of 1.5 when originally 1 would be too low and 2 too loud.
Could such a thing be done?
