Hello
I have been using my laptop since 5 years, and since like one year it started slowing down (some games started being slower)
Also hdd died 9 months ago so i had to buy a new one. But the new one (a Seagate) is already 'dying' i think because its kinda slow
Majority of the time loading stuff like a new tab on Chrome is slow as hell, and i think its the hdd fault. Why ? Because i already checked the RAM with memtest which told me it there wasn't problem with it, ran the Seatools , Crystaildiskinfo and Chkdsk more than once without showing me anything weird, cleaned laptop physically, etc ... nothing weird show up in disk usage or something
Sometime laptop give me freezes without reasons, and even if i'm pretty short on ram (4gb) its not its fault since it freeze even if i'm not using something like chrome or something that eat a lot of memory
Its a 2.1ghz dual core with 4gb ddr3 btw
So what might be the problem ? I don't want to buy another hdd that will die in a few months, i think my laptop is the culprit its getting to old might change it ..
