Description of problem
I have since long noticed, that when i play 24 fps videos in any player, i get some really annoying judder when the camera moves or something moves through the screen. This is an example which has similar artifacts that i get: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GS5tCXit-Gw
Also when there is text moving like credits after a movie, the text is like bibrating, and depending on the speed, is unreadable.
I use a resolution of 1080p at 144hz, the monitor is connected with displayport. When i play videogames i dont notice any issue.
When this issue began

Cause/Steps to recreate the issue
The issue happens when i play any movie, it is really noticeable in anime or cartoons, but it also affects movies and youtube videos.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
I have tried to change a lot of configurations in the nvidia panel, including enabling the diferent v-sync (active, adaptive, fast...) options but none helped.
I also tried a different video players like VLC and MPC using different codes like madvr or reclock but none helped.
Finally i did try to set my monitor in different refresh rates (120, 100, 60 and 24hz) but none solved the judder.
The only thing that avoid this issue is using SVP4 to make the video display at 144fps with frame interpoilation, but this also generates some other artifacts (at least in the free version).
Is there any way to make my monitor play 24 fps videos properly? Thank you.
