So, I recently got a new 1tb hard drive and connected it via SATA to my pc. However, when I open up file explorer, I can't see the drive. That's not it tho, I can't find it in Disk management either. I do see the drive in Device manager under disk drives, and I also see the drive in my BIOS. I have tried switching SATA data cables, and I also tried using the drive on another PC, and the results were the same. Is the drive guaranteed to be faulty at this point? Or am I missing something?
