The two magazines are covering national and international news separately, but Lawrence combines them into news reports of U.S. in World and 1948 [1] and Later sold the magazine to its employees. Historically, this magazine tends to be a bit more conservative than the two main competitors, Time and Newsweek, and focus more on the story of economic, health, and education. It's also distancing news, entertainment and sports celebrities. So my brand new PC is plagued by GPU issues (MSI 1050Ti Gaming 4 X). At first my whole Windows kept crashing, but I fixed it by disabling Windows driver updates and rebuilding my PC (don't know which one did it). I'm now using old drivers that match my BIOS version (I can't update BIOS, long story but I literally can't do it).

What I still have is two issues:
1) GPU driver keeps crashing.
To solve this I've tried fiddling with TDR and using Lord of the Rings Online (32bit game from 2007) as my testing tool. At the default 2 seconds I can't even log into the game. At 8 seconds I don't crash until in heavy load areas. At 14 seconds I crash in highest load areas. I tried disabling TDR altogether, but it freezes my system. Now it's at 30 seconds but for some reason the driver keeps crashing in as little as YT vids (didn't happen with 8-14 secs). LOTRO freezing is probably related to the fact that it's a poorly optimized 32bit, but it really shouldn't be happening with almost state of the art hardware.
So my questions on this issue:
- Is 30 seconds on TDR delay too much?
- Is there a way to disable TDR without freezing the system?
- Are there other solutions to driver crashing? I've done DDU reinstall.

2) There's like 4/5 chance that my Acer GN246HL doesn't find signal at startup. I've managed to work around this by logging into Windows by muscle memory and pressing reset button on my PC. Annoying but does the job without having to cut power.
Is this a monitor issue or is the problem elsewhere? The problem persisted after I rebuilt my PC so it can't be the cords (unless they're faulty).
