Hello, I work from a small home office, and we use Google Drive to share most of our files. That is, between our 3 computers, and my Manager's mobile devices (Samsung phone and tablet). Lately Google drive has been failing to sync Microsoft Excel spreadsheets at various times. We are only able to catch these sync failures if we are actively looking for them, and it is not a consistent failure to sync. most of the times it works just fun, but one screw up can cost us a lot of money.
Is there something that can be done? I see a lot of older threads on different forums talking about the same issue, but nothing seems to really work permanently. And Google has 0 customer support. Is Dropbox any better?
TL;DR Google Drive has been shitting the bed when it comes to syncing, but its not consistent. Also is Dropbox better?
