Whenever I visit kroger.com I am getting a white, unformatted page with:

When I try to hit bed bath and beyond I get:

I can hit both sites from my phone if I am not connected to wifi, but as soon as I connect to my home network the same thing happens. I've tried resetting my router multiple times and tried switching to Google DNS on my desktop, but neither one worked. Any ideas?
