Description of problem
Hey guys. I have two new yummy issues that are driving me insane (I hate small annoyances- really set me off.):

There is a delay between pressing the start button and actually searching for things. This ensures Windows always misses the first and/or second keystroke always ruining your search forcing you to delete it all and search again. For instance, searching for "calculator" gives me "lculator". This only happens the first time you press the windows key in a while. Pressing a second or third time works fine. By waiting a minute or so I can reproduce this issue.

When saving files or whatnot, I always have to click twice when selecting a location in the left panel. Selecting downloads for instance does nothing unless I click a second time. I have paid attention on whether I accidentally miss and can say with certainty that this is not the case.I'm pretty fast when it comes to clicking and moving around so these issues are really starting to annoy me. I could of course just reinstall Windows (For the 5th time this year because of all the updates and issues.) but I'd genuinly like to fix something in Windows instead of just torching everything everytime something goes wrong.
