Description of problem
So recently I've had a lot of random (but daily) "No internet connection" shown. Now, I think I figured out most of the problem myself - all I had to do before is change the LAN settings in inetcpl.cpl, but that got greyed out for some reason. It usually comes back after 30 mins to an hour, but that could be a massive issue in the future with my deadlines. Dunno if this helps, http://ift.tt/2hDoNcE PC works perfectly fine, even tho it's 8-10 years old at this point. This one is not even a year old, and It's clean - I barely download anything. The only thing I'm unsure of is CATIA I got for school stuff back a few months ago, but that was from a teacher.(On a side note, I for some reason get a random blank InstallShield in the alt tab menu, but when I try to show it, it shows nothing. Weird)

Nuffin'. No idea what triggers the issue.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
I assumed it's an admin thing, so I went to start it with cmd (ran with admin privileges), but that didn't fix it. Saw a recommendation online to run the browser and take it from there, but nope. Went into all kinds of safe modes, attempting to change it but nothing.Tried (to find) some stuff in regedit, but nothing. Basically, even with admin privileges I can't change LAN settings, and because of that I keep getting "remote device or resource won't accept the connection".
