Hi there, I have a HP 750-150xt with Windows 10 Home OS Build 15063.726.
A few days ago I used CCleaner after not using it for months to clean up everything. (Registry, Old files, etc).
I'm not sure if its related but pretty much after that I can no longer access my College's blackboard website (cvcc.blackboard.com). Regardless on which browser I try (Opera, Chrome, Edge, New Firefox) the moment i type the URL and hit enter I immediately get "The connection was reset." or "Error Code: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND" from Edge browser. I have notice the same issue with a few other websites but this one is the most important one i need for my classes. The rest of the Internet i can access just fine.
I can access the website just fine from my phone using the same connection as my PC so something is blocking access to it from this computer. Also worth nothing Edge will not load a single page but I don't use that browser often that it doesn't really affect me.
I am currently doing a number of virus scans with nothing helping so far. I am willing to try any steps or such to try and resolve this.
