– المسار الذي تفتتحه الانتخابات النيابية على أساس النسبية، ولو محدودة ومقيّدة، والذي تضع حجر الأساس له موازنة لا تستثني المصارف من الضرائب، هو مسار يقع على عاتق الإصلاحيين أحزاباً وجماعات وأفراداً وجمعيات، لمواصلة البناء عليه والانخراط من ضمنه. فالرئيس في لبنان محكوم بمعادلات رسمها الدستور، وبسببها لا يملك الكثير، وبزعامة تنتمي لطائفة تأمل منه الكثير، وبقيادة حزب يظنّ أنه حزب حاكم، وفي ظلّ نظام طائفي قائم، ومنطقة تتفجّر، وعالم يتغيّر، وتوازنات طائفية هشة تقف على حافة الهاوية بالعلاقة مع الحرب الأهلية، تتعقّد معها آليات بناء الدولة، القائمة على معادلة، نصفها محاصصة ونصفها فساد.
– الحكم على سنة أولى رئاسة في لبنان لا يكون منصفاً، إلا بالقول للرئيس العماد ميشال عون نجحت بالسير بين نقاط المطر والخطر، لتؤسّس لفتح مسار جديد، وقد نجحت. وهنا بيت القصيد.
