The RAM stick is recognized by system information and in CPU-Z.
This is a problem I noticed for awhile but I didn't 'realize' the issue till I started getting a lot of latency from normal daily programs I always use- probably because my Mrmory is now regularly around 80-90% used. And I believe the other RAM stick might alleviate a lot of problems.
So what are some things I can do to troubleshoot the other stick?
Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z97-D3H
CPU: i5-4590
gpu: RX 480 (new GPU only got it a month ago)
ram: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x 4GB sticks)
PSU: 850w XFX bronze
OS: Windows 10 64
