I am a sysadmin for a fruit packing company, and I have never really worked with printers much. We did outsource the printer repair but that company is no longer around so we have to learn printers now. There is a printer that seems to work fine until they do large jobs such as weekly reimbursement checks (100-500 page print jobs) and then it will get half way or more through but just stop and the screen just says processing. The only thing you can do is shut off the printer and restart the print job where it left off. I am thinking fuser but I don't know much...
