What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
So far I have tried seeing is messing around in the bios did anything. In the bios it displays both the 2TB HDD and the 64Gb SSD. I am currently running Ubuntu from a usb stick. The HDD has 3 partitions, 1 is the Windows 8 partition, the other is a storage partition for Windows 8 and the last partition is a storage for Windows 7. The SSD hold the Windows 7 os (came installed like that form the manufacturer). I tried accessing the drives from ubuntu, I was able to access the 2 storage partitions however when trying to access the os partitions by mounting them in ubuntu is came back with " exited with non-zero exit status 14: The disk contains an unclean file system (0, 0).Metadata kept in Windows cache, refused to mount.Failed to mount '/dev/sdb3': Operation not permittedThe NTFS partition is in an unsafe state. Please resume and shutdownWindows fully (no hibernation or fast restarting), or mount the volume."
Now I'm asking for all your guys help.
