Description of problem
So about 2 years ago i made a post here about a virus that was typing the same phrase 'Surprised they didn't delete you too' or something to that extent randomly, always happened when i was connected to the internet. I did all the scans and none of them worked so eventually i ended up doing a full format of my HDD. I mean like took 24hours did many many full wipes of the HDD. Then i downloaded only steam and razer synapse and the next day it happened again. Everyone said it couldn't of survived the wipe so i wiped it again, made a new steam and razer account and have been free ever since. Until about a month ago when i moved to uni. Within minutes of being connected to the uni wifi my computer startted typing 'Suprised.....' again. So i feel it's safe to assume that this has been on my system the whole time and never left. At this point im confused, why the hell havn't i had all my money stolen and account hacked in the 2 years its been here, how the hell did it survive the formats, why did it happen again when i connected to a new internet; but doesn't seem to be a person.I wanna get a new pc but im a uni student so i would feel stupid spending 1000£, what are all the parts i should replace? HDD, RAM, apparently keyboards and mouses can get infected or some thing. I just wanna get rid of this thing.

Cause/Steps to recreate the issue
Leaving my computer on and just watching, the virus will type the sentence, delete anything i type until its finished then after it finishes the sentence i have about an hour until it does it again.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
