I am not sure what to do, and I do not recall any major changes I have made. I upgraded my graphics drivers pretty recently, but even since then, everything was working fine up until now. Nothing out of the ordinary is showing up on the Windows Event Viewer. I tried running the games that are crashing as an administrator from the applications in the steamapps > common > game itself, and I was only successful doing that on one game. All the rest of the times it failed. I tried disabling Windows Defender, and that did not work either.
Specs: i4790k, GTX 1070, 16 GB of RAM, and Windows 8.1.
