Description of problem
This issue was present from the moment Windows was installed, as far as I'm aware. After running any game I have installed up to this point for about 30 or so minutes, there is a sudden and quite pronounced stutter that lasts anywhere from a few seconds to a minute or two, before returning to normal. I can't seem to find a trigger for the issue as it seems to occur at random within a bracket of time.
I have tested using stock settings and overclocked with no changes. Other areas that were checked:
- Temperatures (GPU never exceeds 47C and CPU stays in the high 50s, low 60s).
- Graphics drivers. Uninstalled and reinstalled in Safe Mode using DDU.
- Monitored Disk usage to see if it could be my old HDD (5 years old) causing the problem but reads seem fine and don't act abnormally when the issue happens.
- Power settings in both windows power management and nVidia control panel are set to performance mode.
- Game DVR is off as is Game Mode.
- Reconnected all power cables.
I used HWinfo to log the issue and this is what it was showing (the stuttering begins toward the end where essentially everything is erratic:

Run any game thus far and just play, eventually, the issue appears.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
- Checked Temperatures.
- Reinstalled GPU drivers using DDU in safe mode.
- Monitored Disk usage for hard drive failure.
- Power settings in both windows power management and nVidia control panel were set to performance mode.
- Game DVR was turned off as well as Game Mode.
- Reconnected all power cables.- Tested at Stock Settings. (no overclocks)
