I had used a program called Driver Booster 5, in order to just quickly get my drivers updated if need be, however after the update had been completed, the sound had completely stopped working and the computer thinks that some audio devices it remembers are plugged in, when in fact they are all disconnected. If i were to plug these devices in, literally nothing changes. Note that these devices are all working fine on other machines. This is what it looks like all the time regardless of what is actually plugged in http://ift.tt/2ij8RzS. And here is what i could find on the driver information http://ift.tt/2gJDP03.

After seeing this, I thought that I should attempt rolling the drivers back and seeing if this occurs again. However when I tried this, the PC would immediately get a BSOD, and would get one every time i restarted it. Stop code was 0x0000007E in case that matters. I had then rebooted the PC from the last sucessfull boot, from the BIOS screen. This had gotten me back to step 1. I then decided to get the official drivers off the manufacturer website, and see if i could install them. These are the drivers i downloaded http://ift.tt/2ifIVoq. The same situation mentioned with the BSOD earlier, happens again, so i repeat the thing i did last time and i was again at step 1.

Im at a loss at what to do at this point and I was wondering if the sub could help. I am using a 64 bit Windows 7 Proffesional OS, if there is any other information about the computer that is required i will retrieve it.
