Hello! Lately I've been having a curious issue with my pc. About 2 weeks or so ago I noticed that my pc wouldn't power up by pressing the power button anymore. I found the only way to get it to boot up reliably was by holding the power button down for maybe 20-30s or so, and then promptly hitting the power button again afterwards. *edit- I also remembered that occasionally on a stubborn boot up one of my two monitors won't "turn on". Both will power on but one will fail to engage or kick on the desktop.
I've also noticed that it also bogs down at random times such as when trying to watch youtube videos almost like it's running in slow motion. Switching tabs will be unresponsive to really slow, as well as some videos having this flicker almost like stop motion to them. While it could be unrelated I thought it was curious both issues started occurring around the same time. It's a home built pc that has been running just fine for the last 3 years or so with the only thing that's been changed recently was the graphics card maybe a month and a half ago.
I've updated my windows, browser, and graphics card but still face issues. Any assistance would be much appreciated!
