My PC often but not always crashes on boot. I am not totally sure, but it seems less likely to crash if it has recently been switched on and it rarely crashes when restarting.
I have had this issue since I built this PC just under 2 years ago. I have had periods when it would also crash during normal usage, but that was resolved either by updating drivers or re-installing windows. However, nothing I have tried including these methods and running memory diagnostics has solved the issue of my PC often crashing on boot.
When the PC crashes I get the BSOD and it often gives the stopcode: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, but it sometimes gives different stop codes. When it crashes it almost always automatically restarts and boots without a problem, although it sometimes just switches off.
My PC is a powerful gaming machine (full specs here: http://ift.tt/2yGQRVJ and in download) and I use Windows Defender for anti-virus.
