Description of problem
Every 3-4 weeks, the PC will crash into a black screen, then turns into the following colored static after 1 or 2 seconds of black, http://ift.tt/2hkDfpZ. The most recent crash on 10-24-17, the static screen changed into the boot screen. However, I was already holding on to the power button long enough that I forced shutdown just as the beginning of the boot screen came up. I have replaced the video card, CPU, and switched all sticks of ram in an attempt to trouble shoot. At this point, I'm thinking I should just replace the power supply and as a last resort, replace the entire motherboard. Please advise if those are my only options. Cause/Steps to recreate the issue
Unable to recreate problem. Problem happens randomly at about 3-4 week intervals. Always happens when internet browsing, not sure if relevant since I spend 70% of time on internet vs 30% in game.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
Replaced the video card. Replaced the CPU. Ran Memtest for 24 hours. Ran Furmark for 3 hours. Ran sfc /scannow and verified windows files. Ran Avast antivirus on desktop and boot scan. Ran Malware bytes scan. Updated GPU drivers.
