Hi, I've recently got a Surface Book (in the past 3 weeks) and I've been using it fine. Except last Friday my computer wanted to install updates but every time it tries to install it Blue Screens. Furthermore, Windows Hello isn't working anymore and the options for it say "Windows Hello is not available on this device" all the while the screen still shows up but the webcam doesn't turn on. I've tried updating my drivers but it doesn't do anything. I could't try a system restore because it wasn't even enabled. I'm at a loss as what to do and the updates keep causing me Blue Screens. Help!
