So I'll have to explain in depth the situation. First off, this has occurred on two seperate PCs. Both from the same brand and same type (Intel, Alienware 17's, newest model at the time of purchase) Processor: Intel Core i7-7820HK CPU @ 2.90GHz Installed Physical Memory: 32gb Total Physical Memory: 31.9 bb Available Physical Memory: 27.4 gb Total Virtual Memory: 33.9 gb Available Virtual Memory: 28.8 gb Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 OS: Windows 10.0.14393 Build 14393 ( Hopefully this is enough to help find the problem)
The problem with both of these PCs was that after a month each, as if like clockwork, the PCs would have the same problems. Random disconnection from router (neither the routers problem, and the wifi card is perfectly fine), The machine slows down randomly even when doing tasks it is beyond capable of doing, unresponsive at times I may need to force shutdown the PC. Randomly uses 100% of the disck when no process exceeds 0.1 mb. I do not have much knowledge when it comes to PCs, but when a friend's PC from 2008 has moments it runs smoother and better than the PC you currently have, you wonder what's causing these problems when there shouldn't be any. I do believe some of it may just be Windows 10, but would prefer more input before blaming the OS.
